Posted by All Seychelles entities are now required to submit additional information and an updated Register of Beneficial Owners (“RBO”). This includes providing the national identification number or equivalent (if any) and tax identification number or equivalent (if any) of each beneficial owner.
The deadline for submitting the additional beneficial ownership information and submission of the RBO has been clarified as 30 December 2024, following recent legislation enacted by the Seychelles Government.
