Posted by 《公司條例》（第622章）下的公司登記冊新查冊安排的第三階段已於2023年12月27日開始實施。
資料當事人可向公司註冊處處長申請不提供已登記的文件內所載申請人的通常住址或完整身分識別號碼（下稱「不提供的資料」）讓公眾查閱。「指明人士」可向公司註冊處處長申請取覽不提供的資料，以便他們執行其職能。

Phase 3 of the New Inspection Regime of the Companies Register under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) has commenced with effect from 27 December 2023.
Data subject may apply to the Companies Registry for withholding from public inspection the usual residential address or the full identification number of the applicant (“Withheld Information”) contained in a registered document. “Specified persons” may, for the purpose of the performance of their functions, apply to the Companies Registry for disclosing the Withheld Information.
