為加快登記程序，公司註冊處已發出一份對外通告，闡述退回提交人交付本處登記的最新版本的表格NAR1予以更正的一般原因，並就提交人如何避免在指明表格中常見的錯誤，提供一般指引。

After the introduction of 117 revised specified forms on 27 December 2023, the Companies Registry has completed a review on the revised specified forms delivered for registration and found a number of common errors in the completion of these forms, especially for the commonly used Form NAR1 – Annual Return.
With a view to expedite the registration process, the Registry has issued an External Circular to set out the common reasons for the Registry to return the latest version of Form NAR1 to presentors for correction before registration. It also provides a general guide on how presentors can avoid common errors found in specified forms delivered to the Registry for registration.
