Posted by BVI Financial Services Commission (BVIFSC) has extended the compliance deadlines for the Register of Members (ROM) and the Register of Beneficial Ownership (ROBO) under the BVI Business Companies (Amendment) Act, 2024. The new deadline is now set for 1 January 2026. A copy of the official notice is attached here.
This extension provides additional time for you to complete your filings without penalty for existing Business Companies and Limited Partnerships.
