Posted by The Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) (the “CO”) has been amended on 23 May 2025. The related Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 2025 introduced a new company re-domiciliation regime and updated the requirements relating to non-Hong Kong companies registered or to be registered under Part 16 of the CO.
