Posted by The Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) has been amended to introduce a new company re-domiciliation regime to facilitate non-Hong Kong corporations to re-domicile to Hong Kong. The relevant legislative amendments in the Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 2025 (the “Amendment Ordinance”) comes into operation on 23 May 2025.
The Companies Registry has also published a “Guide on Company Re-domiciliation” to provide comprehensive information relating to the application for re-domiciliation and other post-registration requirements and filing obligations specifically for a re-domiciled company.

《公司條例》（第622章）已作出修訂，引入新的公司遷冊制度，讓非香港法團遷冊來港。在《2025年公司(修訂)(第2號)條例》（下稱《修訂條例》）內的相關法例修訂，已於2025年5月23日實施。
公司註冊處亦已發布《公司遷冊指引》，提供有關遷冊申請的全面資訊，以及其他經遷冊公司在註冊後須注意的規定和交付文件責任。
