Posted by Starting from 1 April, 2026, the total fee for a Business Registration Certificate will be restored from HK$2,200 to HK$2,350.
According to the Budget announced on 25 February 2026, the government will no longer waive the HK$150 levy for the Protection of Wages on Insolvency Fund. The two-year waiver of the HK$150 levy will expire on 31 March 2026. Therefore, the Business Registration Certificate fee will be increased by HK$150 to HK$2,350.
由2026年4月1日起，商業登記證費用總額由HK$2,200回復至HK$2,350。
根據2026年2月25日的財政預算案，政府不再豁免「破產欠薪保障基金」徵費 HK$150，兩年期的HK$150徵費豁免將於2026年3月31號屆滿。因此，商業登記證費會調高HK$150至HK$2,350。
